Hiya, I’m Francinne O’Rourke Powerfully YOU ADHD Coach. If you feel like you’re constantly trying to catch up with life, I’ve been there!

My ADHD diagnosis was a revelation, not a label.

It was the secret ingredient I’d been missing in my life and in my coaching business. It helped me understand at even greater depths my unique strengths and embrace my perceived personality flaws and challenges.

I was finally able to laugh at and own all my quirks – yup I was a time genie who owned a floordrobe, and kick the last remnants imposter syndrome to the curb to stand before you proudly, powerfully, and unapologetically me.

Now, I’m on a mission to help female high-achievers to declutter their mind and break free from the ‘bondage of ADHD shame’ to create their Spicy Play-book for life’ and start living life by their design.

My Approach

My coaching and training is infused with an ADHD lens, blending humour with possibility and what I like to call ‘edutainment’. I believe in understanding the essence of who you are, separate from your ADHD, to harness your true potential.
